The Safeline Tablex series is an integrated ultra-high performance compact metal detection and rejection system designed primarily for the in-line inspection of pharmaceutical tablets and capsules.
Designed to detect the minutest particles of metal such as stainless steel sieve wire and metal flakes from the punch and die sets of tablet presses the system is manufactured to meet the stringent hygiene standards of the pharmaceutical industry. Sealed to IP65 and constructed from mirror polished stainless steel and food grade plastic all parts in contact can be removed for cleaning without special tools
A range of aperture sizes and high-speed reject mechanisms to accommodate different tablet and capsule sizes and throughput rates are available.

The Safeline Tablex can be easily validated to confirm sensitivity level and reject operation and is equipped with validation software that will even indicate when testing is due. A reject confirmation system provides the added security that should metal be detected and the reject fail to respond the system will alarm.
Specially designed to make the most efficient use of the space around the tablet press, the inlet to outlet dimension of the detector with reject is only 479mm.The height and slide angle are independently adjustable, ensuring compatibility with most tablet presses and de-dusters.
